THOMAS GUYOT

Thomas Guyot created ATHMOS Partners in 2022. Previously (2013-2019), Thomas launched then developed the real estate investment activities in France, Belgium and Luxembourg of Schroder REIM. The last two years, he was a member of the European Investment Committee. After beginning his career in consulting at BCG and telecoms at LDCOM/Neuf Telecom, he joined the acquisitions department of Morgan Stanley Real Estate in London, then took over as general manager of the subsidiary Compagnie La Lucette, a SIIC which was acquired by ICADE in 2010. He then served on the Executive Committee of ICADE as Managing Director of the group’s tertiary real estate investment trust.
Thomas has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry in France and Europe as an investor and manager on all types of real estate assets (office, retail, hotel, logistics, housing) and has achieved a total volume transactions of more than 4 billion euros. Thomas is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (X94) and holds an MBA from The Wharton School (with Honors).

VALENTIN PLOYET

Valentin Ployet joined ATHMOS Partners in 2022 as senior investment associate. Previously, Valentin developed office, residential and retail real estate operations within BNP Paribas Real Estate since 2019. He began his career as an analyst within Management, now Arkéa Real Estate, on portfolios of offices and business premises in France held by Tikehau Capital.
Valentin is a graduate of ESTP Paris (B19) and ESCP Business School (MiM19).
