Thomas Guyot founded ATHMOS Partners in 2022. Previously (2013-2019), Thomas was part of Shroder REIM where he launched and developed the business in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. During the last two years of his tenure, he was a member of the European Investment Committee.
After beginning his career in consulting at BCG and telecoms at LDCOM/Neuf Telecom, he joined the acquisitions department of Morgan Stanley Real Estate in London, then moved to Compagnie La Lucette, a French listed company (owned by MSREF 5), which was acquired by ICADE in 2010. He was then part of the Executive Committee of ICADE as Managing Director of the commercial property division.
Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry in France and Europe as an investor and manager on a wide range of real estate assets (office, retail, hotel, logistic, residential) and has led transactions for an aggregate amount of more than €4bn.
Thomas is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (X94) and holds an MBA from The Wharton School (MBA 04, with Honors).
Valentin Ployet joined ATHMOS Partners in 2022 as Senior Investment Associate. Previously, Valentin was part of the property development team at BNP Paribas Real Estate and was involved in office, residential and retail operations.
He started his career as asset management analyst at Arkéa Real Estate (formerly Catella Asset Management), working on residential, office and logistics premises in France on behalf of Tikehau Capital.
Valentin is a graduate of ESTP Engineering School (B19) and ESCP Business School (MiM19).
She holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Strategy and Investment Management (GESIIC) from Sorbonne University.
